Account & Data Deletion
Deleting your Artiboard account and data
You can delete your Artiboard account and all associated data (notes, projects, tasks, messages, profile information) at any time.
Method 1 — In the app
Go to Settings → Delete Account → confirm. Your account and all your content are permanently deleted.
Method 2 — By email
Email us from your account's email address at privacy@artiboard.com. We will process your request within 30 days and delete all your personal data.
What gets deleted
Your account, notes, projects, tasks, messages and profile information are permanently deleted. Limited records we are legally required to keep (e.g. billing/tax records) may be retained for the legally required period.
